This payment plan provides for your routine preventive dental care and you pay for restorative treatment as you need it. It is easy to set up and no pre-assessment is necessary.
Denplan Essentials includes
- Regular Dental Check-ups
- Regular Hygiene Appointments
- 10% Off Any Private Treatment Needed
- Preventative Dental Advice
- Supplementary Insurance arranged by Denplan, which provides you with worldwide dental injury and dental emergency cover and access to Denplan’s 24-hour Worldwide Dental Emergency Helpline
The Essentials plan does not cover
- Restorative dental treatments including fillings, crowns, bridges or dentures (at the discretion of your dentist)
- Laboratory fees and prescriptions
- Any treatment excluded by the dentists in your contract which is payable by you to the dentist
- Referral to a specialist and specialist treatment
- Orthodontics, implants, cosmetic treatment
- Sedation fees
Please remember that your routine treatment is at the discretion of the dentist and the contract is with your dentist.
Denplan Care
Denplan Care provides for the majority of dental treatment to maintain your dental health. A dental assessment is made so that the price you pay is dependent on the ‘health’ of your teeth and gums. It includes the following treatment, when clinically necessary and where carried out at the practice by your registered dentist.
Denplan Care includes
- Dental Check-ups
- Hygiene Appointments
- Dental X-rays
- Fillings
- Preventative Dental Advice and Therapy
- Extractions
- Periodontal (gum) treatment
- Crowns, Bridges, Dentures, Inlays (excluding lab fees)
- Root canal treatment
Supplementary Insurance arranged by Denplan, which provides you with worldwide dental injury and dental emergency cover and access to Denplan’s 24-hour Worldwide Dental Emergency Helpline
The Care plan does not cover
- Laboratory fees and prescription
- Any treatment excluded by the dentist in your contract which is payable by you at the private fee rates
- Referral to a specialist and specialist treatment
- Treatment carried out anywhere other than by your registered dentist, except when you need temporary emergency dental treatment.
- Orthodontics, implants, cosmetic treatment
- Sedation fees
